COMPANY HISTORY:
Incorporated in 1983, Brenex Building Corporation has been in synch with
its customers and their needs in the context of the ever-changing construction
industry ever since.
We have developed a reputation we are proud of. We have built that reputation
serving you, honestly and faithfully, with a wealth of knowledge, experience
and practical ideas that has made us the repeated choice of many of our
customers. In fact, several of our clients have been with us since the beginning
and have come back to us for upgrades, renovations, additions and modernization
projects.
No matter what type of contract you’re looking for - stipulated price, cost
plus, design build, construction management – we have the expertise and experience
using all types to complete projects not just in Edmonton, but across Alberta

Kim C. Rolheiser, CET
Kim’s straight-forward but sensitive way of dealing with his clients has
made him an indispensable asset to anyone he works with. Well-versed in
a multitude of the construction industry’s most complex aspects, Kim has
the practical know-how to match his superior customer service. His expertise
covers the spectrum of any project you might have, from proposal right up
to completion. A 1984 graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology,
Kim has garnered many satisfied clients in his more than two decades of
experience.
Bob G. Steele, GSC
Bob blends his unique experience, sweeping expertise and rare insights into
project management to bring your project to life. Since earning his Construction
Engineering Technology diploma in 1978, Bob has gone on to acquire Gold
Seal certification in project management. During his career, Bob has amassed
a breadth of knowledge and just the right touch of savvy to tailor your
project to fit your needs. In his nearly 30 years in construction, Bob has
built his reputation on integrity, management skills and fair business practices.
